Viewing Sites in Groups

To view the site list in the "All Sites" screen in groups click on the "Group sites" tool above the site list shown below.

This will open the "GROUP BY" list of options that allows you to select by what to group the site list. Selecting 

  

Selecting one of the options will immediately show the list in groups showing the number of sites in each group and allowing you to collapse or expand each groups individually by clicking the group name.  User also will also have the option to expand or collapse all groups by pressing the corresponding buttons.  See figure below.

By default all groups are opened as expanded initially.  Group setting as far as expanded or collapsed is kept while switching between sites.

Clicking on the "Group sites" tool again shows the options with a check mark on the one that was previously selected.  Here you may select to group by another category or you may cancel the grouping by clicking on the selected category. 

Sorting Sites 

Using the sorting tool it is possible to sort sites based on different paramaters as shown below.
