In-depth Setup

  1. DatuBIM App Installation:

    - Visit Procore’s marketplace and get the DatuBIM app

    - Need help with installation? Follow Procore’s installation guide

  2. Procore Access for DatuBIM:
    -     Grant DatuBIM permission to connect with your Procore account. Detailed instructions are available in the app installation guide
    - Ensure permissions are set for all projects, present and future. Check this guide for more details
    - Note: DatuBIM, being a “Data Connection” type, requires permissions for:
        a. Admin module as `admin`
        b. Directory module as `readonly`
        c. Observations module as `admin`

  3. Activating Integration:
    - Navigate to your Procore account homepage
    - Capture a screenshot that includes the URL address bar
    - Email this screenshot to Datumate’s support at support@datumate.com with a request to enable a Procore integration

  4. Project Synchronization:
    - Upon approval from Datumate support, visit DatuBIM → Site properties of the site you wish to sync → Site Association
    - Choose the desired Procore project from the dropdown list and save.


  5. Synchronization:
    - Post-setup, all new annotations and observations are automatically synced
