Share Flights via Direct
Links
Improving collaboration between stakeholders further, DatuBIM allows you now to share
a specific flight via a direct link. Making information sharing quick and easy,
this feature will also save time.
Using the Share Flight dialog, you can share the direct
flight link with DatuBIM users already associated with the site. If you are an
Account administrator, you can also quickly create another user in this dialog.
The link will be automatically emailed to selected users and bring them
directly to the flight and 3D model you want to draw to their attention to
Additionally, you can copy the link and send it to other
DatuBim users or use the link in any of your reports or communications. Pay
attention that the link will only work for DatuBIM users associated with the
site.
Please note that Account administrators may add users instantly
as long as the account package allows it. Account administrators can also grant existing users access to sites they did not have access to.
Changing the Site Coordinate System
If you entered a wrong coordinate system while creating a
new site, you now have one reason less to worry about. We changed the behavior
of the Create a New Site wizard, and it now allows you to change the site’s
coordinate system as long as no flights, designs, or measurements have been
added yet. While previously this task had to be accomplished by DatuBIM
support, you can now instantly resolve this issue.
Display File Creation Date of
Downloads
The newly added Creation Date entry shows you the creation date
and time of downloads according to the user’s local time zone.
