Local Coordinate System Support

We added support for using local coordinate systems. DatuBIM customers can now enjoy using accurate 3D site models referenced to their local coordinate system without the need for costly hardware or any additional software like converter tools. DatuBIM's LCS feature is a genuinely generic solution that works regardless of the surveying hardware used to measure ground control points and is suitable for Datumate's global customer base.


CSV Export for Groups 

We added the capability to download groups of measurements, analytics, and annotations to CSV file format.  This way, one does not have to export many single items.  The group download puts each groups of similar items together in one file.  Like this, a single download may result in multiple files depending on the items and content selected.  


Autodesk BIM 360TM  Integration

This integration empowers planning and construction teams with essential construction intelligence extracted in near real-time from survey-grade reality captures.
From design to construction, teams can improve their workflows and achieve more by adding the DatuBIM partner card to Autodesk BIM 360TM. The integration, accessible anywhere over the Internet, allows joint DatuBIM & BIM 360TM customers to:
  1. Visualize the construction area during the planning phase to enhance design and scheduling
  2. Leverage elevation and contour line overlays for a better understanding of the terrain
  3. Track project progress, reveal trends and changes that occur over time by comparing as-built site models from different dates
  4. Uncover delays, quality problems, and security issues early on before they put people or the project profitability at risk 
  5. Add valuable project documentation and history for informed decision making  
  6. Access site representation as Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digital Surface Model (DSM, 2.5D), 3D Texture, and 3D Point Cloud.

Minor Fixes and Improvements

We made minor UI improvements and bugs and resolved issues.   Improvements include changing the default view in GCP marking step to satellite.
