Automated Professional Reports Generation
We’ve introduced a powerful new feature in DatuBIM: Automatic Professional Report Generation. This capability streamlines your reporting workflow by automatically creating predefined professional reports as soon as a new model is available.
Current Situation
Up until now, each time you had a new model, you needed to manually generate a report. This process could be cumbersome - every time a model was added, you had to create a new report, set the parameters, and wait for the result. With multiple site updates, this quickly became repetitive and time-consuming.
New Capability: Automatic Professional Reports Generation
With Automatic Professional Report Generation, you can define a report once - including its layout, content, comparisons, and parameters - and then enable it to be cloned automatically whenever a new model is created. This ensures you never miss an update and receive consistent, accurate reports without any manual effort.
Automatic Generation Behavior
- Single Model: the model in the report will automatically be replaced by the new model.
- Model Comparison of 2 sequential models: the sequential models will be advanced accordingly.
- Model Comparison of more than 2 models: DatuBIM will try to duplicate the logic, taking in to account the new model. Address our excellent and super attentive support if you need a different logic.
